Life and reliability enhancement of equipment and metal, iron-concrete and brick constructions of different kind, which function in conditions of influence of corrosive - aggressive environments (alkaline, acids, salts and salt solutions, minerals oils, gas, composed and simple ethers etc.) by using the method of creating multi-layer compositional cover on working surfaces. The field of application: the structure making anticorrosive protection of internal surfaces for equipping the sheds of chemical water-preparation of power-plants, namely: Na-anionite and H-kationite filters, neutralization tanks, enlighteners, including pipes, uniting piping, flank connections and closing armed wire. Besides, the make of water-proofing and\or chemical protection of working surfaces of capacities for technical off-runs, galvanic baths, reservoirs for technical water, salt solutions etc
Novelty and fore-ranks before analogues:The film of chemical protection cover is formed by successive multilayer on-bringing in strictly definite consequence of several functionally different polymer compositions of cold hardening. Differently from gumming progress our cover has the following fore-ranks: simplicity of installation and reliability to secure a high adhesion on surfaces of any curving and form, low energy capacity, high repair readiness. Differently from covers on base of epoxide and lacquers our cover has high elasticity, enhanced durability and more resistance to chemical agents
Short technical data:
Covers of chemical protection represent monolith (like rubber) film, which is formed layer after layer from several functionally different polymer compositions of cold hardening. Each layer has a high grade of resistance towards acid, alkaline and other aggressive environments of different concentration. Lower-adhesive layer has enhanced adhesion for metallic, concrete ceramic, rubber and other non-metallic materials. The total number of layers to be brought on - 12 to 20. The total film thickness is 0,5 - 2,0 mm and given depending on the environment composition and conditions of use. The consumption of polymer materials for preparing of 1 m2 protection cover is 1,7 - 2,9 kg.Average cost of 1 kg of polymer materials used for preparing a protection cover is 12,5 U.E.
