Description of technology: Injection

Our enterprise has acquired the method of injection the cracks by polymer materials with opening from 0,1 mm and more up to 500 mm deep in iron-concrete constructions: fundaments, tunnels, reservoirs, traverses.
The method's essence: under pressure up to 200 bar polymer materials are injected into the crack for its hermetisation and filling the emptiness. For this scope nipple-packers are equally placed along the crack, through which polymer materials fill the cavity due to special injectors. The surface is covered by hermetizing composition in order to prevent material's coming out of the crack.
Service life of the materials not less than 10 years. The technology has been used during repairs: the underground part of CC PRIOZERNY, the building in Moskovskaya str.1 in Dnipropetrovsk, during repairs of traverses at the coal-mining plant in Krivoy Rog.
